Building Surveyor
Every building owner is legally obligated to notify their neighbour of their intent to undertake work to the shared party wall or adjacent property. The Party Wall etc 1996 Act sets out a formal process that must be followed.

Specialist knowledge and expertise is required to ensure compliance and resolution between all building owners.
